Plot: There is a monster that every twenty three years it comes out from hiding and eats people for twenty three days. We are on day twenty two as the Jeeper or Creeper whatever you want to call it attacks a school bus full of football players and some cheerleaders. Oh yeah at the beginning of the movie the monster eats a little boy (sorry if I ruined anything for anyone) and the boys father goes nut balls and decides he will hunt the Creeper down with a giant spear gun. Let the Jeeping and Creeping begin, I guess.

Acting: Well since everyone in this movie looks like a new comer I will start off with the actor behind the crazy make up. Jonathan Breck plays the Jeeper Creeper and I guess he does a good job of acting crazy and monster like, even though all the cool monster scenes are done with graphics. The rest of the cast is pretty bad except for the guy who plays the father who has only one goal... Fuck up the monster that killed his son. This guy goes one hell of a cool acting job. Now for the teens, everyone in the movie basically had the same dialogue which was like "What are we going to do?" and "Why is it trying to kill us?". These lines were repeated a lot. Oh of course there is a girl who can talk to the dead. She has dreams in which the teen who got killed in the first Jeepers Creepers tells her exactly how and why the monster is doing what it is doing. Which really doesn't make any sense since I am pretty sure he didn't know all of this in the first movie before he died. Who cares but that actress sucked, pretty much all of the teens sucked and I really didn't care if they died or not, maybe that was the point?

Directing/Writing: What can I say? This movie has some really great parts that extend the points monster movies can go, and then it has really and I mean REALLY bad scenes all mixed up in this movie. Great scenes are of the Creeper flying around and attacking its prey like a hawk would, that kicked ass. Towards the end of the movie it got really stupid until the farmer man with a spear gun came along. What also really annoyed the shit out of me was they do a lot of character bull shit at the beginning where two Quarter backs were having a fight and some guy on the team is gay, or some shit I didn't even really pay attention but what it came down to was. All the white males were stupid ass holes who got killed in horrible ways. That is stupid and so below the belt and to have what seemed to be the main character a racist and have him eaten was also again REALLY stupid. So all of the character build up was really not necessary or at least try and make all the characters likable so we care if the Creeper eats them. Half of this movie felt like a real monster movie where the second half was more like Freddy vs. Jason where I think the director wanted us to hope the Creeper would win? What the fuck is that? So this movie is high on the stupid scale but makes up for it with really cool scenes and one really great character. Another thing is what happened to all the stuff from the first one? Like the monsters truck and the fact the movie was called Jeepers Creepers because the monster hummed the song? They didn't do anything with any of that, or the black woman at the end of JP1, whatever they did bring up the church burning down. If you didn't see Jeepers Creepers you can see this movie since it really doesn't try and make a connection of any kind.  So I really don't know how to place this movie. It sure did leave a bad taste in my mouth for a summer in which, movie wise was a big disappointment.

Overall: This is clearly a well done piece of shit. Like lets say its a turd with a dress on. I mean I really left the theatre kind of pissed off more then like "Wow cool monster movie". Also Victor Salva is gay but like don't be so in your face gay, having every male teen in this movie have their shirts off was funny. Ladies might enjoy that until the Creeper starts to strip.. I am just kidding but that is probably what Jeepers Creepers 3 will be about, the Creeper running a strip joint where he is the star, that is movie gold!!!
