Plot: When Jason Bourne is framed for a botched CIA operation he is then forced to come out of hiding and kick a lot of ass to find some anwsers.

Acting: Matt Damon is a true star. Unlike his buddy Ben Affleck Damon has chosen roles in which he can really act in. The role of Jason Bourne is a really great one. He is a complex character with a lot of secrets he doesn't even know. Damon plays him off very well again, he easily pulled me in and made me believe in his character. Brian Cox is back again in this one as the ex head of the spy agency that made Bourne what he is. He has to work with Pamela Landy played by Joan Allen a woman on a mission when it is believed one of her agents was killed by Bourne. At first she comes off as an over the top bitch but she slowly becomes understandable but her role is very safe really all Joan Allen had to do was talk into a phone but she did have a presence. Julia Stiles also returns but almost pointlessly, I remember watching the first film and seeing her like twice in the movie and she barely did anything, this was time where she was a rising star, so she returns in this one and basically becomes bait for Bourne. Karl Urban from the LOTR films and The Chronicles of Riddick plays of course a nasty Russian assassin out to get Bourne, not for revenge or anything just for money.

Directing/Writing: I can easily wrap up this movie be saying I liked the Bourne Identity but it had its problems. Bourne Supremacy doesn't have those problems. The movie moves fast with an old school spy feeling too it. The only problem I have is if I remember right the agents trying to kill Bourne were Chinese, this movie took the easy route and just made them Russian. That seemed lazy but besides that everything was really stunning. The movie will keep you on your toes taking wicked twists and turns leaving you actually stressed out about what happens to Bourne. This was amazing since barely any movies now a days can actually do this. The action is not all over the place and random, also it is very realistic. In Identity there was some over the top stuff that felt out of place but here everything is in a real world senario. Unlike James Bond which have made the world Bond lives in is very over the top and the bad guys need armies and huge guns. Here it is like two spies, but don't let that take you down the action here is extreme and gives you a rush, everyone in the theatre and myself were jumping around during the action because its very real and intense. My only problem with some of the action was the camera movements seemed shaky sometimes. I understand it's kind of cool to make the camera move with the hero and actually move with every step, but sometimes it hurts the eyes. Oh well I don't really want to give anything away so I will keep this review very short but go see this movie.

Overall: One of the best spy movies of all time, everything was really well done and timed. It was a joy to actually witness this film. Where it seems like studios keep screwing up it is good to see a well made movie. Also there is one hell of a car chase scene in this movie that will never leave your mind, and if it does, see the movie again!
