Plot: Starting where the last film leaves off a small group of humans living in the last city controlled by humans must battle and army of robots which are getting closer and closer, so they must go into the Matrix and figure out how to stop the robot threat and end the war. Shitty and yet fun things ensue.

Acting: I am just going to tell all of you one thing, I wanted this movie to not only kick ass, but to kick my ass at the same time. I really loved the first one it was perfect, it was dark, great concept, great effects and fucking great action! Sadly the first hour or so of this movie you start to wonder why this movie was made. Somehow all these decent actors started to suck. Everything sucked, you meet this black guy named Link. I will break this guy down for you, he is black and he says things like this: "God damn" and etc. He does nothing but yet we spend twenty minutes building this guy character. Everyone else is pretty good. Now lets talk about how cool Keanu Reeves is. I love this guy, I mean he can't do many other movies besides this and like Bill and Ted's adventure's but whatever. The only actor who stands out in this to me is the guy playing Agent Smith, that guy is so good it amazes me.

Directing/Writing: Can someone please tell me what happened I am so confused. How can the same people who made The Matrix make this? Well that is not fair, how could they make the first hour of this movie? Like when your watching Reloaded, you watching two different movies. The first hour is so bad with rip off's from Star Wars to MINORITY REPORT its just sad to watch. I can kind of see what they were trying to do, but man you guys there is such a thing called editing. I don't plan to spoil anything for you Matrix junkies but let me tell you this, there is a scene in this movie where two people are having sex and then its cuts to people dancing(For no reason!) again and again for about 15 minutes. That got very annoying. On top of that you have the extremely bad dialogue. Morphious makes this speech which reminded me of Independence Day a lot which was really bad. I just don't understand why the first half of this movie had to be that bad. Now lets talk about the rest. Mind you the first half is all in the real world in this city called Zion. The second half is mainly all in the Matrix and its rocks! Three major fight scenes which are amazing and there is Monica Belluci who is just great! I mean I have seen a movie where the second half was SO much better than the first. Even the second half has problems though. There are places where it bounces around and characters are not built the way they should be. My major problem with this movie was the pointless use of computer graphics. They use it in every action scene and many times you feel as if your just watching a video game. One scene where two people are fighting on top of two huge eighteen wheelers and they used computer graphics when you could easily could have filmed that with real people! Whatever the scene still sucked either way.

Overall: So disappointing, it was not dark enough and the romance is plain and boring. Too many corny scenes. Only does the last 45 minutes make up for it with big explosions and cool fights, but that can't save a movie, not even in the Matrix.
